Easterseals New Hampshire
Rehabilitation of historic campus with new construction and additions
ARCove provided historic assessment and preservation services to ensure the heritage of Daniel Webster’s historic farm continues for generations to come. Webster was New Hampshire’s own highly influential 19th century statesman and orator, who forged his early career with inspiration and respite on these acres. Later used as an orphanage and school, this campus will continue to inspire and heal those who have strengthened our country. Easterseals’ mission was to develop a state-of-the-art campus providing housing and supportive services for veterans and their families. ARCove’s guidance bridged this goal in compliance with the estate’s historic easement parameters. ARCove also provided conceptual design for the Phase II Equine and Canine Therapy Facilities, with 20,000 square feet of indoor recreational space for health enriching seminars, animal therapy, recreational skills such as rock climbing, and multi-purpose gathering space for community events.
