Historic rehabilitation of three significant late 19th century buildings, with a new four story addition, underground parking and skyway bridge connection to neighboring structure.

The design concept of “time as shaped by light” revolves around the iconic historic North Church Steeple Clock, which dominantly presides over these edifices. Existing buildings will undergo deep energy retrofits with passive and active energy reduction strategies employed in the new addition.
