ARCove provides Historic Assessment Planning services for the Daniel Webster Farm in Franklin NH

The childhood home of esteemed federal era statesman Daniel Webster, and later home to New Hampshire’s State Orphanage, this imperiled estate recently faced threat of demolition. With ARCove’s rehabilitation guidance in accordance with NPS Standards, this historic campus will be saved for generations to come.  The campus is protected by restrictive historic easements held by NH LCHIP and administered by the NH Preservation Alliance.  ARCove guided ProCon’s design-build team through a historically sensitive transformation of the centuries-old buildings for modern-day use.
