This distinctive circa 1850 Greek Revival double chimney apartment building will be expanded and revitalized with a reinforced roof structure, enhanced weatherproofing, and new livable spaces in the rear and attic additions. New efficient HVAC system along with enhanced building envelope detailing will improve energy efficiency. ARCove designed the new upper roof decks to frame sunset views over the North Mill Pond.
