The Exeter Town Hall was built in 1855 by Arthur Gilman. It is currently used for Town Assemblies, Theatrical Performances, Art Gallery, Board Meetings, & Town Offices. Arcove’s Phase 1 feasibility study, schematic design, and historic conditions assessment for this building will provide important updates for building systems, energy usage, building envelope restoration, accessibility, life safety, and rehabilitation to the historic stage for the Exeter Arts & Culture Commission.
